Sadhäna is a rock band from Porto, Portugal. The name comes from the Sanskrit term sādhana, a continuous practice of effort, discipline and personal growth. That philosophy runs through the band's identity: music as a path of evolution, learning and genuine expression, rather than a pursuit of perfection.

Their sound blends classic 1970s rock with contemporary influences, bringing renewed energy to the genre for a new generation. Their first EP, You Won't Believe What Happened Last Night, was recorded independently in true DIY spirit, and singles such as "Die Alive" and "Tired" explore existential themes and everyday life with a personal, introspective tone.

Their debut album, Make It Sadhäna, is an intense journey through different emotions and perspectives on life, balancing introspection, social critique and moments of celebration. Shaped by three distinct personalities, the record invites both reflection and release.

On 11 October 2025 the band sold out Auditório CCOP in Porto, with guests including Marlon (Os Azeitonas) and Population 5. Through their shows and recordings, Sadhäna are carving out a place in the contemporary scene, winning over fans who value authenticity and a passion for rock.
